Attacks all enemies with a binding covenant. 100% chance to remove 2 buffs from each enemy and reduce all enemies' action gauges by 25% each. After attacking an enemy with Bloody Oath (Undispellable), grants self 1 stack of Covenant Bond (Undispellable).

After attacking with Seal of the Covenant or Bloody Covenant, if self has max stacks of Covenant Bond (Undispellable), triggers Covenant Reclamation. After attacking, has a 100% chance to inflict Buff Block and DEF Down on the enemy for 2 turns. Grants self 1 stack of Void Oath (Undispellable) and removes all stacks of Covenant Bond (Undispellable) from self. Prioritizes attacking the target with Bloody Oath (Undispellable).

At the start of battle, inflicts Bloody Oath (Undispellable) on the enemy with the highest Max HP. At the start of the turn, if no one has Bloody Oath (Undispellable), inflicts Bloody Oath (Undispellable) on the enemy with the highest Max HP. Bloody Oath (Undispellable) ignores Effect RES, Immunity, and ACC.

Triggers Bloody Covenant every 3 times self is attacked within a single turn.

Increases damage dealt by Skills by 5% after using a Skill. This effect can stack.
