To deliver fast, resilient, and secure access across the globe, GachaDex.gg is hosted using Cloudflare Pages and the Cloudflare Edge CDN (Cloudflare, Inc., 101 Townsend St, San Francisco, CA 94107, USA). When you visit the site, Cloudflare acts as our reverse proxy and data processor under strict Data Processing Addendum (DPA) terms and standard contractual clauses (SCCs) in compliance with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). Cloudflare automatically processes transient technical connection logs (such as your IP address, browser user-agent, request headers, timestamp, and requested URL). This processing is strictly necessary for our legitimate interests (GDPR Art. 6(1)(f)) in protecting the site against distributed denial-of-service (DDoS) attacks, detecting malicious bots, mitigating security threats via Cloudflare Turnstile, and ensuring network stability. These technical server logs are automatically discarded or anonymized after short security retention periods and are never combined with any profile data.
3. Zero Third-Party Advertising & Cookieless Web Analytics
GachaDex.gg does not deploy commercial advertising banners, real-time bidding (RTB) trackers, social media tracking pixels, or cross-site tracking cookies.
