How to Redeem Codes by Platform
Instructions for claiming rewards across all devices:
- Android & Steam (PC): Complete the opening tutorial > In the lobby, tap the Menu button (☰) in the top-right > Select Options (Settings) > Navigate to the Account Management tab > Tap the Enter Coupon button in the lower-right > Enter code > Tap Confirm > Claim rewards from your in-game Mailbox.
- iOS (iPhone / iPad): Open your browser to the official Studio B Side redemption portal > Enter your Account Member UID (found under Options > Account tab) > Paste the coupon code > Tap Redeem > Restart or open your game and claim items from the Mailbox.
Frequently Asked Questions
Why does my code say "Invalid Coupon" or "Coupon Expired"? +
Coupon codes are strictly case-sensitive. Make sure there are no leading or trailing spaces. If the code still fails, it has either expired (check the Expired Archive above) or has already been redeemed once on your account.
When is coupon entry unlocked for new accounts? +
Coupon entry is temporarily locked during the tutorial opening. It unlocks right away once you clear the initial battle and enter the main lobby.
Where do coupon code rewards go? +
All coupon items, Stellar Gems, and Observation Tickets are sent straight to your in-game Mailbox. Mailbox items expire after 30 days if not claimed.
